The final result was a bright and modern family home which will hopefully be enjoyed by its occupants in the future.

The project involved considerable earthworks including extensive rock breaking and the construction of site retaining walls with associated external paving and landscaping. High emphasis on energy efficiency to obtain an A rating on this project including solar panels, triple glazed windows, underfloor heating, high quality insulation and airtight construction. This is the first or three houses we are building on this site.
